Please bring this product back!! It’s the best gentle soap on the market.

I am beyond upset and disappointed that Kiehl’s has decided to discontinue the Gentle Hair & Body Wash. This was the only product that worked for my daughter’s delicate hair and sensitive skin. I’ve tried countless alternatives over the years, and nothing came close to how well this product worked for her. Shame on whoever made this decision. Why take away something so many parents trusted and relied on? This wasn’t just a bottle of wash, it was peace of mind, knowing I had something gentle, safe, and effective for my child. I truly don’t know what we’ll do now. Kiehl’s, please reconsider. You had a product that worked perfectly. Why fix what wasn’t broken?

This was the best body wash and shampoo and the ONLY thing that has worked for my sons sensitive skin. WHY would you discontinue it. So dissapointed.

I’ve been using Kiehl’s for over 10 years (for myself) and have thought they are a reliable and reputable brand, but when I got this shampoo for babies, it shows that it has perfume/fragrance! How could such a big company being so ignorant to include fragrance in baby products? That’s just disappointing and disgusting.

Gentle and non irritating. Reminds me in scent and soft effect on the hair of baby Mennen shampoo from my childhood.

Perfect for baby. Smells addictive if you like it. We do.

This soap works great as a dual use i love the smell

For years I had trouble with dandruff, and since I switched to Kiehl's Gentle Hair and Body Wash, all my flakey skin has vanished — and I shower and wash my hair daily.

I love this product for my baby!!! It doesn't over dry his skin, it's gentle and rinses clean!

I purchased this shampoo for my grand baby, I love that it is tearless not a thick heavy shampoo so it rinses out easily, does not leave a residue on her fine hair.

Even though it is labeled as baby product, it smells like cheap adult product. The fragrance is too strong like using chemicals.

We received this shampoo and body wash as a gift and I love it. It makes my son's hair smell so sweet and the scent seems to last for a few days so when I don't smell it anymore I know it's time for a bath. I will be purchasing another bottle when it runs out.

My 2 year old suffers from a mild eczema all around her legs and elbows. I must've tried all the mildest baby bath soap I could find but Kiehl's baby hair and body wash worked the best. My baby's skin is now super soft and smooth. She hasn't had a breakout since I've been using this along with Kiehl's Baby Cream. I would definitely stock up on these. I just wish they would make it in a bigger container with a pump for easier usage. I also use this for my 3 year old son who has thick hair. All the other toddler shampoos are making his hair feel coarse but with this, it leaves his hair feeling smooth and silky.

I am so glad I tried this baby hair and body wash for my 2 yr old daughter! She has mild eczema all over her inner thighs and elbow area. I must have tried all the mild baby soap from Target and her itchy patches never cleared. Finally her Doctor prescribed her some steroid and it helped her a bit. The patches still come and go but she was only allowed to use it for 2 weeks. I have only started using Kiehls skin care product myself about a month ago and found out they have baby products too. I immediately bought the baby wash along with the baby cream and they worked wonders for my toddler’s skin. Her whole body is now clear of rough patches. No more scratching in just a couple of days! I also use it for my 3 yr old son who has thick hair. The other baby shampoos are making his hair coarse but this one leaves his hair super silky! I love this product so much, but I wish they would make a bigger bottle soon.

Despite the price being kind of high for a baby wash/shampoo, I'm so glad I purchased this for my baby. We've been using it for the last 10 months and it does the job without leaving a strong scent behind like most of the other baby shampoos/washes that I've tested out. And the scent is very subtle and lovely. It also doesn't irritate my baby's skin or bother her eyes. I wish it was a little less in cost or that you could buy a big pump dispenser version at a better price.

Originally purchased Honest products and I felt they dried my baby's skin. Kiehls never fails me. I love this all over wash and may even steal it for myself.

I have to say I am very picky with smells and this stuff smells amazing. It's so light and makes my baby girl smell so clean. It takes the tiniest amount to get the job done. I do about a pea size for her head, she has thick hair, and a dime size for the whole rest of her body. The texture is so smooth and it lathers really nicely. It rinses very clean too, some washes take a little effort to fully rinse off. I recommend this to every mom I know!
