Love it! But reason #2 is an improvement I would love to see
I love it! It's the perfect size for my day to day errands. The zippers are smooth and the straps are super comfy and breathable even when in direct contact with the skin. And it's made from recycled materials, which I appreciate a lot. There are only two things I didn't like: 1- according to the measurements it should fit a 13" MacBook Air but because the top of the bag is rounded, the corners don't fit. 2- there's only one zipper per pocket and it opens from left to right if you see the bag from the front. I find this inconvenient as I mostly carry the bag on my right shoulder and when doing this the zippers are behind me, so they're harder to reach. It's not a problem if I'm in my car but I take public transport a lot and if I want to keep an eye on the zippers (to avoid pickpocketers) I need to switch the bag to my other shoulder, which for me is uncomfortable. If it had two zippers per pocket I would be able to choose where I want them. Other than that, I could only find pros for

Oil stains around zipper from fingers
Got this bag quite a few years ago in the silver metallic and loved it. Unfortunately, it quickly got stained around the zippers from the natural oil on my fingers around the zippers and I could not wash it out. I had to throw the bag away. Just be careful of the metallic bags.
