Q: I have a switch to and do have the old switch Kirby game. How does it work? I’ve never done that before.
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about the Kirby and the Forgotten Land + Star-Crossed World Upgrade Pack - Nintendo Switch 2 (Digital) How to Use the Upgrade Pack on Your Old Switch The digital Upgrade Pack you bought is intended to be purchased by owners of the original Switch 1 version who are moving to a Switch 2. Since you only have the original Nintendo Switch (Switch 1), you cannot use the Upgrade Pack right now. Your "Old Switch Kirby Game": You will continue to play the version of Kirby and the Forgotten Land you already own (the "Switch 1" version) as you normally do. The Upgrade Pack Digital Code: The code for the Upgrade Pack will be tied to your Nintendo Account, but the files it downloads are specifically for the Switch 2's system architecture and enhanced performance mode. The original Switch hardware cannot run the new content or performance upgrades.
