A: Clean the surface, warm the suction cup with warm water & pat dry, press it against it, remove trapped air, and place it in a location not exposed to water for optimal adhesion.

Only lasted a couple months before the adhesive started wearing out, now the dish tips forward and the bars slide out into the tub when they are wet.

I made my first purchase and just got the soap dish and the three different bars. I put up the soap dish up and all three bars fell off of it within three minutes. That's not OK because soap bars need something to house them so that they don't constantly fall down. Not at all happy.

Works perfectly for the shampoo, conditioner and Sugar scrub bars. Doesn't leave the dish slimy and doesn't leave the bars floating in water. A great way to preserve the bars in between uses.

The suction cups popped off of the back of the soap dish, I kept trying to put them back on. They would either come off of the soap dish or off of the wall. I am very disappointed in this soap dish!

I really like it but it doesn't stay put! The holes in the caddy that hook onto the suction cups aren't deep enough, so once a week or so, one of the sides gets unhooked and the soaps fall out. I would love it if only the caddy part would stay put!

This is the best soap dish ever, and perfectly holds the Kit-sch shampoo soaps. It also keeps them dry between uses and prevents soap dish gunk. I love the Rice Water shampoo and the volumnizing shampoo too. Great products, Kit-sch!

The suction ups are not big enough to hold the soap dish up. The sticky pads that came with it are not sticky enough to hold it up. Was not worth the money as it is useless since it will not stay on the shower wall.
