So, this review isn't actually for the product (which is absolutely fantastic and I love), but for customer service. Part of my order was incorrect, and I emailed in to see about exchanging that product. Within MINUTES, I got a response and the issue was sorted. Plus I got to keep the item that was incorrectly sent in my order. A+++++ customer service skills AND hair items.
