It seems pink, pale pink but pink. I wasn't looking for pink. And it's sparkly. Like they used sparkly thread on making the hat. I like it, but thought I was getting a straw colored hat, not a pink sparkly hat.

Look, I live in the literal SW, where cowboy culture roams free and we are off of school for Rodeo days. I needed a hat for my kid's western-themed school carnival and tried this one. I was dubious of the quality and look but it is absolutely fantastic, sturdy, and CUTE! I got a ton of compliments all day. It stayed on my head through some strong wind gusts and shaded my middle-aged face well from the sun. I highly recommend!
