Super easy to make. Just add the ingredients into a mixing bowl & bake. I substitute an egg & oil for greek yogurt. Tastes better than store bought muffins with healthier components. They don’t taste dry or bland at all!

A long-time Kodiak customer and a chocolate-chip fan, I like Kodiak's cc muffin mix and appreciate it's having ingredients more healthy than most mixes. I'd prefer larger chips, but I can add my own, sometimes along with TJ's dried cherries. I buy a lot of Kodiak products and especially like those that have no, or less, sugar, so I can add unsweetened applesauce. I also use yogurt when butter is required. That works especially well in Kodiak brownie mix. Using a whole 8 oz container of plain Greek yohurt makes dense, super-moist brownies, like not-too-sweet cake-fudge, especially good straight from the freezer as they don't freeze into rocks. My favorite Kodiak product was their healthy power-flour. Great for any recipe containing flour, sweet or savory. Wish it would return (hint, hint!). Without the flour, I try to use Kodiak mixes as bases for inventing my own recipes.

Yum! We added a banana and a splash of vanilla. They are great!

Pretty good muffins, easy to put together, but they need more chocolate chips. Next time I'll add some extra. They definitely taste/smell like a 'healthy' version of a regular muffin, but not in an unpleasant way. Taste will (obviously) be improved by a few more chocolate chips in the mix and a few sprinkled on top.

They kind of taste like cornbread, a little dry and bland with added chocolate chips. But obviously they are a healthier alternative with decent protein, so they’re absolutely fine. I found that adding a few frozen berries helps with the dryness and adds some flavor.

Kids love ‘em, tasty, easy to make, and you can add things like flax or chia to them.

We have been buying this muffin mix for almost two years now for my little guy who is a bit selective with his eating choices and needs to have a good breakfast to kick off his day. Great ingredients and easy to make. We add a bit of vanilla to our recipe and they are perfect. Follow the instructions on the box for cooking times. They always come out just right.

We love Kodiak Muffin mixes, because they are a great breakfast option that my kids love while still getting the nutrition of whole grains and protein!

I'm a cook that usually cooks from scratch as we have auto immune disorders so I am very picky about what goes into our bodies. These KODIAK mixes are the only ones we eat that are not made from ingredients we either grow or buy ourselves. There are so many unneeded, unhealthy ingredients in muffin and brownie mixes that we cannot eat them. So we really enjoy the KODIAK brand. Thank you!

These muffins are the bomb. I eat them in muffin form but also flapjack form. Why? Because I like the texture and it tastes like those muffin tops from DutchBros Coffee.

I love everything Kodiak Cakes. It's a healthy breakfast option for my family and now with the carb conscious mix, it's a great breakfast option for me as well. My son has type one diabetes and none of the Kodiak Cakes products spike his blood sugars. He can eat regular breakfast and have normal blood sugars throughout the morning. Not to mention how delicious the products are! My kids are picky, but they gobble everything up in no time. I highly recommend Kodiak Cakes for the whole family and for any type 1 diabetes person struggling with breakfast spikes. Kodiak Cakes is the solution!

Way better than store bought! This is one of the best boxed muffin mixes I have tried (and we have tried a lot!) My kids are picky and they love these! I almost always have a box in the panty ready to be made with the current batch gets eaten!
