Some of these comments are super confusing to me because this is legitimately so good! The sweetness of the pancake mixed with the savory of the cheese, sausage, and egg was perfect. I did heat it up a little bit more than they said - 20 more seconds with the sandwich opened up - because I didn’t want to get a cold spot in it. The pancake was a fluffy soft texture, too. It is a little expensive, but cheaper than at a restaurant. 5 stars and buying more for sure!

Everything I tried tasted pretty bland to me, with an aftertaste, and turned me off to try any other products. But I decided to give them another shot with one of their newer products, the frozen Sausage, Egg & Cheddar Cheese Breakfast Sandwich, and finally, I found a winner. The box comes with two sandwiches, each individually wrapped in a thin, easy-to-open cellophane wrapper. The cardboard box they come in isn’t very sturdy, so I was nervous the sandwiches would be crushed, but thankfully they weren’t. Prep is quick and easy. You just wrap it in a paper towel and pop it in the microwave. Unlike most frozen breakfast sandwiches, this one heated all the way through without the pancake drying out or getting hard. The texture of the pancake, egg, and sausage was soft, and the pancakes, while thin, were just thick enough to hold up without falling apart while eating. Taste-wise, I was pleasantly surprised. All three layers had simple flavors, nothing noticeable or overwhelming, but they worked well together. The pancake wasn’t sweet, which I appreciated, and everything tasted fresh with no aftertaste or freezer burn flavor. If you prefer more flavor, you can always add whatever you like. I dipped mine in maple syrup, and my coworker added BBQ sauce to hers. To each their own. Prep is quick and easy, making it a reliable choice when I don’t have time to cook or need a quick lunch. If you have been let down by Kodiak Cakes in the past, like I have, this sandwich might just change your mind. I am glad I gave it a chance. Bon appétit.

The scent was there, you definitely smell the maple, but it didn't pull through the taste maybe because it's been frozen and microwaved. It's a good size for me, for my teenage boy it could have been a little bit bigger. I would probably buy these again because they're easy to have on hand you can drizzle a little maple syrup on it, to get the flavor and it'd probably be great for rushed breakfast before school.

It is fantastic that it comes with 20 grams of Protein! It taste great! It is not too sweet and is so filling. Instead of bread for the sandwich, you get two soft pancakes . This sandwich is a great size and can be prepared quickly in the microwave. I think everyone will enjoy this product!

I just wish you got more for your money so I didn’t think the values to fare the texture was good. I also wish that the pancake had more syrup spots in it because I couldn’t really taste the syrup in it but I would recommend it still cause it was still good and I will buy it again.

The packaging was simple and gave alot of information about the breakfeast sandwich. Its very nutritional and filled with protein. I didnt mind the pancake and eggs as I dipped it syrup because I wasnt a fan of the syrup. Be careful with cooking time as some the pancake was to hard in spots.
