A: Our frozen products are best when prepared in a toaster or oven, however you can still put them in the microwave! We recommend 30 seconds each side, with an additional 10 seconds as needed.

The last that I saw these after getting home was when I put them in the freezer. In less than a day, someone ate them all and it wasn't me. I am told that they were delicious. It is much easier to hide my beloved Kodiak oatmeal so only I can enjoy it.

Purchased these for the first time hoping for something better , seed oils and sugar are used which I prefer not have . They taste decent and are a little soft when toasted . Overall I don’t think I’d buy them again .

Good and convenient. I generally eat them just like toast and just put some butter or peanut butter on top. It’s really fast and has protein built in. They are a bit pricy but that’s just how protein products tend to be.

I have been buying those waffles to increase protein intake for many years. Initially I thought they tasted good so they became a staple in my diet. However, recently the quality of those waffles seem to deteriorate. Sometimes they are rock-hard out of the oven and difficult to chew. I decided to stop buying them.

I'm not a fan of frozen waffles because they're usually packed with sugar, so I thought this would be a good alternative since they are high in protein. Whenever I eat them, I have GAS ALL DAY! I don't know what chemical is in these, but I won't be purchasing or eating them again.

We paid a premium for what appeared to be a superior product, but after heating according to directions, these "waffles" came out like vanilla wafers, crispy and crumby and way too sweet. Most people sweeten waffles with honey or syrup, but there's no room for more sugar on these, and where's the buttermilk. Save money by buying real vanilla wafers and skip these "thick and fluffy power waffles".

I purchased this yesterday from a grocery store. I've enjoyed them in the past, but this time found a black beetle or cockroach bug mid-eating one. Nasty and I will never eat from this brand ever again after this.
