KONG Tough Plush Turtle Dog Toy - Green

My dog is not an aggressive chewer. He had this torn up in about 5 minutes.

My pittie is a chewer and we've had this Turtle for over a month with no issues. There is a few random strings sticking out from the seam but nothing horrible. It's his favorite toy and constantly carrying it around and chewing on it.

Our goldendoodle shredded it in 48 hours.😡😡

Well, it is absolutely my dog‘s favorite toy, hands-down! And he wants me to tug with it and there’s not much to grab onto, but he constantly puts it in my lap and squeaks it.

My 60 lb pitbull puppy usually destroys plush toys in 5 mins. Like, rips them to shreds. This is day 2 with this toy, and although he has ripped into it already, it is definitely more durable than any other plush toy I’ve gotten him! I definitely recommend monitoring your pup when they play with this so they don’t swallow fluff, though :)

Corgi destroyed it in 15 minutes, fluff falling out and all. It was so cute too! So disappointed!

My Bernedoodle can destroy any other toy the first day. We have had this for a week and it’s still going strong! These are the best toys for him!

We have two dogs that live to play tug o war and this toy has made it through for the past 2 weeks which is the longest for any of their toys. One of them also loves to lick it at it and there’s yet to be a tear. The only thing I disliked is that the squeaker somehow stopped working so it’s less stimulating for the dogs.

My dog destroyed this toy in less than an hour. :( $10 down the drain.

So far it is holding up very well! And the dogs love it.

Our pups are like garbage disposals for all remotely fluffy toys. We have tried every brand and every level of toughness and chew resistance. This turtle is the only one who has stood the test of time amongst a pack of toy destroyers. A++ from us!

Our Labrador Retriever chews everything. She chews tree logs, chewed up squeaker even tug ropes. I can't believe this turtle has lasted. It's a good size. I am amazed how big it is. It's the size of a man's hand when he spreads his fingers.

Disappointed. I bought because it was labeled as tough. Literally ripped in less than 24hrs.

She loved this turtle so much, I had to buy another after she destroyed the first one. lol. The stuffing is completely gone, but she somehow still loves to play with what's left of both of the destroyed toys. Defnitely not tough like other prodcuts by KONG, but it gets two stars simply because she loves it so much.

Not durable or long lasting

I’ve bought this turtle 3 times now for our dog (50-60lb heeler/herder/retriver mix) that LOVES to chew. The first one was his best bud, took it everywhere and chewed it all the time. We were shocked how well it held up! Eventually it kicked the bucket but it well paid for itself in entertainment. We bought a second one that didn’t last quite as long but the stitching wasn’t as great, so I chalked it up to a fluke. Well today I bought another one after several months and he was SO HAPPY as soon as he saw it.. he destroyed it in less than an hour. I even convinced another gentlemen to buy it while in the store today, as he was also looking for a toy for his tough chewers and now I feel bad. Won’t recommend anymore and won’t be purchasing a 4th. I’m giving 2 stars because my dog absolutely loves the design but the quality has gone to trash. Save your money and try something else.

My dog loved this toy. It was just what he needs in a toy - durable, with plush elements. He is a super chewer who typically destroys toys within a few hours but this one is still going strong a week later!
