I have owned this turner for a few weeks and with light use it is already chipping in the silicone. I have another turner from sur la table that is twice as expwnsive but with heavy use over many yeats looks brand new. Super disappointed in Kuhn Rikon.

I use this for stir fry. I prefer the slant. It helps cook everything evenly. And most importantly I can use it in my nonstick pans.
