Q: is it easy to accidentally activate?

A: I have had mine for a year and not accidently activated it ever. Once i thought i may need it when sitting in my car. but thnksfully not!n:)

A: its water resisitant so it will be OK. not to be immersed in water, if that happens get a new one right away
