Used this product for years, and after trying every eye cream on the market, this worked better than all the others. Now this new formula is just not working. Had an excellent product, then go screw it up.

I love this eyecream. I'm getting older and am a contact lens wearer so eyecream is an important part of my skin care to help with stretching, sagging and dark circles. I love the cool (literally and figuratively speaking) applicator tip too! My eyes look refreshed using this product.

I had high hopes for this eye product and am not one bit disappointed. One week and I see a big difference. My eyes look refreshed and younger and the little red "pouch" underneath is barely visible. The metal applicator is great, it is cool and just the right size. I don't like using my fingers or Q Tip. I want the product all to go on my skin and not absorb into my finger or into the cotton. I wish this was not tested on animals, that is my only problem with L'Oreal Products. I generally look for items that are not animal tested, but I will buy this again.

This cream made the skin around my eyes very dry and uncomfortable. My eyelids got so dry that they got swollen, making any lines I already have more prominent and it was uncomfortable to blink properly. I had to use medication to resolve this as the issues continued even after I stopped using this product. Thankfully things seem to be back to normal after just under a week of treatment.

After a week I noticed the puffiness under my eyes completely flattened out! I couldn't believe it. I've had puffy eyes for about 10 years, and this actually works. The only downside is I don't see the dark circles lightening yet. I'll keep using it, it's only been a week.

Love the product and it works well as advertised. I use it every morning and night. HOWEVER, I do not like the applicator. As I am trying to apply the treatment by massaging the metal tip under the eyes until it is absorbed, I find the serum 'wraps' around the tip and more is remaining on the tip than going on my skin! I have resorted to dabbing it on and using my pinky finger to gently rub it in until absorbed.

This product is NOT for sensitive skin. I used it for only 3 days, and I had an allergic reaction. My under eye area turned red, swollen, and itchy. It's been 2 weeks now, and my skin is finally getting back to normal. I do not recommend it for anyone with sensitive skin. It was a very bad experience.

I have been using this product for years, and although fairly “expensive” for a drug store brand, it is much less expensive than many high end cosmetic brands that I have tried. It really works! I am now in my 50’s and no “crows feet” around my eyes. I am also prone to dark circles under my eyes. This takes care of them. I have tried others in high end cosmetic lines with less than desired results. This one absorbs quickly, while others sit on top of the skin around the eyes.
