L'Oreal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream - Anti-Redness - 1 fl oz

Why is its default shade so tan? I put some on to test the shade and orange straight from the get go? I thought bb creams adjusted to your skin tone, not look like you stepped into a tanning station the wrong way like Ross did in Friends.

Don’t buy this if you are pale. Unexpectedly the green color turns orange and you will look like an oompaloompa. If you already tan then this might work. I was able to put concealer over it which hid the weird color

i was so exited to try this color corrector. got home rubbed it in and was shook to the core. it was the orangest bb cream i have seen in my life. you'd think they'd make shades or something, but no just orange. wouldn't recommend, one thing is the coverage is great. too bad the shade sucks.

Covered redness. A small amount goes a long way.

Let me just start off by saying that this anti redness skin tint is not for those who have very oily skin and/or fair skinned. Immediately after applying and rubbing the the tint onto skin, the pigments begin to break, which gives off an orange-ish color. This can be a little shocking because you don’t expect a green color corrector to change to an orange color. I don’t fancy this very much, and if you’re fair skinned, this product has the potential to make you look very orange and your face will appear darker than the rest of your body. You can attempt to use very little amounts, and i’ve found that helps, but I, like most people, don’t want to spend money on a skin tint just to be tip-toeing around trying not to use too much or else it’ll ruin your makeup. Not only that, but this product also makes your skin seem greasy and oily after an hour or so after applying, so if you have oily skin, I’d stray away from this. There are better redness-controlling skin tints that’ll give you the same or better results without all of the hassle. Despite all of the negatives, if you don’t have oily skin and aren’t fair skinned, I would recommend this as it is an affordable option and most likely will work for you.

Product turns from green to orange. If you have orange skin, maybe this product would work for you?

don't buy the anti-redness one, it's orange, and I mean ORANGE. I don't know what happened to the green tint but it's definitely not here. it's a shame, the formula and coverage of this product is nice but the shades are so limited.

I’m pretty fair, and this stuff did not look right on me at all. I couldn’t tell if it was too dark or if it turned me orange or both. Also, it has an almost paint-like smell. Needless to say, if you’re fair-skinned, I’d probably pass.

I really love this product. Covers redness but doesnt last as long as id like (need something all day) however I noticed that if you rub it in it does turn orange. but if you use a beauty blender to dab it in, it doesnt turn orange at all

I have mild rosacea and this covers it flawlessly! I have been using for years and stock up anytime I find it because its so hard to come by anymore. Please add this back on the shelves!

I have a dark complexion with redness. Products works awesome! I figured that you don’t need a lot of product to get coverage and for it to blend well in face. The less product used the better result you will have.

DANGEROUS REACTION. Within 10 minutes of application to my face, I had to call 911 because of the terrible allergic reaction. Swollen eyes, lips, tongue, mouth, hives difficulty breathing and talking. Took two Benadryl tablets waiting for the ambulance which likely saved my life. 5 hours in the ER on IV steroids and Benadryl.

Works wonders for my red face I love this stuff and it’s a great price!

Says universal shade but is very dark. I have fair/light skin.

I bought this BB cream to try in place of the Hero Force Shield green-tinted sunscreen, hoping that it might have the same redness-canceling effect, but without the SPF. It absolutely does not have the same effect. As soon as I began blending it into my skin, it transformed into an unappealing orange shade, similar to a Durrito chip. Haha. Definitely will not be buying this again.

Did cover red initially but oxidized on my face and turned me orange. Very fair skin. The product also separates and becomes runny.

It works better than I expected. I've tried so many different brands. Nothing had helped with redness. It is thick though. I have to triple wash my face when I remove my make up, maybe it's just me though. I don't mind.m, as long as it works. And it's affordable
