The rusting process can be accelerated depending upon the environment (electrolytes, salinity, poor air circulation, etc.). I’d give it no stars if possible! This thing is a piece of crap! The design is horrible it is difficult to assemble and once assembled it is not sturdy. I was gone for the weekend and came home to it having fallen over and in pieces! At least it didn’t happen while someone was in the shower! I return the pieces if I could but I threw away the box!

Can't build this thing

This is very hard to put together, the instructions are for a 96 inch height, and they give you a graph for tubs that have a shorter height but it Only explains for the 96 inch tub/shower, so I’m not sure where I’m supposed to incorporate the directions of the different height. Very confusing!! I also tried to look up a video that’s in the instructions and it’s a completely different model, I’m so aggravated. Can anyone that had success putting this together let me know what they did? My tub is a 60 to 66 inch so I’m only supposed to use the (D) tube. Smh.

If you have a tall ceiling (9 ft in my case) the tubing is too flimsy to remain rigid. The entire pole bows out away from the corner when it is touched. The baskets are not securely attached to the brackets. If you don't balance with items left and right the basket will tilt. The brackets are very easy to move and position where you want them. The pole might be OK for a shorter height, but the baskets would still have the same problem. Original was missing a bag of parts, (and duplicate bags of another part) - Their call center is shut down. So returned for replacement by Target. Very prompt replacement and easy to do.

I loved the features so splurged and spent the money. For the price, I was very disappointed. The baskets kept slipping down the pole; I could not get them tightened enough to prevent this. Also, the tension rod is too wide to hold a basket so they have to be positioned lower then expected. The instructions could be clearer and some tape (part L) was attached to booklet but was not mentioned at all in instructions. Didn't know what it was for. Unfortunately, I had to return the product.
