Originally made for revolutionary troops by simmering coffee, cinnamon, and piloncillo (unrefined cane sugar) in clay pots, this aromatic brew has become an iconic part of Mexican culture. What a GREAT find. Unique artisan coffee with the perfect hint of sweetness. It's fun to find new brands that are not part of the mass machines, I love that Target helps me discover things beyond the everyday names. I also made this as an iced coffee - PERFECT for summer!

This is a premade blend of coffee and warming spices that will bring you back to your grandma’s kitchen. The coffee is sweet without being overly sweet perfect for my first or last cup of the day. I love that I don’t have to find piloncillo to make my own anymore.

I have been drinking this Cafe de Olla for a few years now, and am addicted to this coffee. It tastes great with or without half & half. It has an amazing aroma and is very smooth. Glad I can buy it at my target now!
