A: I also would like Ceylon to be used as I read lately that cassia can do harm to the body, whereas, Ceylon has health benefits.

A: Thanks for reaching out, great question! This product is not an instant coffee. It is a ground coffee made from whole coffee beans blended with real cinnamon sticks. Our ground coffee is a universal grind size, meaning it is compatible with whatever home coffee maker you're loyal to - drip, french press, pour over, etc.

Weak Tasting Coffee
Nope! This is not a dark roast. It tastes like a light roast and I did not taste any cinnamon. Returning to my favorite dark roast favorite Illy coffee.

This is probably the best coffee grounds I’ve ever purchased. I literally don’t need to add anything to it. Would recommend plus the bag is bigger than most. Totally worth the $13 dollars. Makes ground iced and hot coffee!!

Best cinnamon coffee out there
This coffee is smooth and delicious. I love cinnamon and this is the perfect amount. The coffee can stand alone without sweetener or cream. I put it in my Keurig coffee ground basket and it works excellent.

Good Morning Coffee

A Cheery Churro Mood

Strong roast

It is hard to get coffee to taste like strong Vietnamese coffee, but I am grateful I can now brew a strong roast at gone to start my day.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Wow! This coffee really surprised me, I truly could taste the different notes and the cinnamon in the coffee. It was a bit stronger than I expected but I wholly enjoyed it. I would definitely buy this again.

Sour Coffee
The coffee has an unpleasant cinamon smell. The coffee smell is not as rich compared to other coffees. When I open a coffee bag I like to take a deep sniff of the rich coffee scent an experient I look forward to for every coffee bag I open. I did not enjoy the scent of the cinnamon copper cow coffee. The freshly brewed coffee has a better cinamon smell but the coffee flavor is very sour. This kind of coffee is unfortunately not for me. The price feels steep to me for the amount and quality of the coffee. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.

Great tasting Vietnamese coffee

A nice cup of Joe
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The product had a pleasant aroma upon opening. The taste was equally satisfying . I am usually not a fan of flavored coffees, but this one hits the mark. The taste of coffee stands boldly in front, the taste of cinnamon well in the rear. What I really like is that the cinnamon manages to add a nice touch of spice without dominating the flavor. The one thing that would keep me from purchasing this coffee again is the price. At $16.00 per bag before taxes, I'll stick to my tubs of Folgers.
