Horrible construction!

Literally the worst product I have ever received when shopping online. So many scratches, the wheels were filthy when I opened the bag, one the rods was bent, the holes are completely misaligned - I don't know what the person constructing and packing this was thinking. I would add more photos but it won't let me.
