Beautiful! I have switched to the no iron shirts from ZLand's End because they feel great - sre soft and comfy like cotton - and I do not have to iron them (I am bad at that!) plus they hold up great in the washing. The fit is perfect - and I trust LE. I am a nearly 40 year customer of LE and was originally just a Drifter , turtleneck, over sweater, and outerwear client. When I saw these no iron shirts I knew it was for me. The subtle brown stripe will work well with office or casual wear, or even dress casual. I can mix it with a tweed jacket, a solid blazer, or under a crew neck sweater - all , of course, from LE! This is a classic and the sizing is correctly stated! A winner!

This shirt (light blue with stripes) is more sheer than I prefer. You can see my nude bra and the color of my jeans through it. Also, the collar is curved rather than straight.

Love this shirt. It's lightweight and wrinkle free. Great for casual wear and buttons on sleeves let you roll them up easily and down if it's chilly in a restaurant. Would buy again.

This is a really nice shirt. I just wish it fit better. I'm 5'5" and weigh 115 lbs. My arms are a normal length. But this size 4 shirt is such a sack on me it makes me not even want to wear it. Honestly, it's beautiful, and essentially does not need to be ironed (except the collar), but it is NOT tailored at all, and the sleeves are too long and too loose at the cuff. I had to roll them up, which I didn't really want to do. I'll wear it, but I won't love it the way I might have if it had fit.

I have probably a dozen of these blouses in various colors, and I love them all! They are sized in 8,10,12 etc. rather than S, M, and L, which means I get a good fit as a size 10. They launder nicely and may only need touch-up ironing

I really like this blouse and I have had lots of compliments on it also. The only thing negative is the sleeves are about 2 inches to long but I turn the cuff up.
