    Help with a return please. We need 1 size larger on the PJ top & bottom. She states we need the plastic bags which got tossed in the Christmas chaos. Can we do a return w/o the bags? Please advise.

    Returned due to poor flannel quality

    The quality is not the same. I returned the pants and the top. The flannel is no longer thick as it was in 2023. The flannel was thin and a loose weave materiel.

    Great PJ’s!

    My husband says I look like a tablecloth but I like them. I wish the petite sizes had shorter lengths, especially for the legs. I have to roll up the sleeves and the pants.

    Returned, disappointed

    What has happened to Landsend's legendary quality? This item looked cheaply made and the fabric was not high quality. I returned it. This is my 4th consecutive bad experience of Landend's pyjamas and I won't be ordering again. A pity, as they used to be my favourite brand for pyjamas.

    Cute and Warm

    Pajamas should be cute and warm! These hit the mark on both. Not only did I buy the Christmas Dogs, I also bought the Chicery snowman, the Cow Jumped over the Moon and Red tartan Plaid. These make me happy! All are warm and fit just great! I wear a SP for my top and a Reg EXS on the bottom. I’m short with a regular rise.

    Good quality--nicely made.

    I purchased both the pajama top and bottoms--quality very good. The only criticism that I would have, is the flannel material could be a little thicker and warmer. They are very nicely detailed with piping on collar, and a pocket.

    Great pjs

    I absolutely love these Pj's! I look forward to coming straight home throwing off my scrubs and jumping into them. They are soft and warm and look really nice. I only have 2 issues. I'm 5'0" tall, ordered the petite size and the length is perfect. However, I'm also 170lbs so they are a little tight in the shoulders. I ordered a M petite (10-12). I wish I had gone up a size, but I like my stuff loose. If you want them fitted like regular clothing they are true to size (I flail around in my sleep so I need a loose fit). Also, the picture is hugely misleading. I thought I was getting an entire set (who buys just the shirt?). So it ended up being twice the price because the pants and shirts are sold separately. Not a nice surprise if you're buying a gift this season so read carefully. Shipping is not fast either so plan accordingly. Took me about a week to recieve my items, I'm on cape cod so not a rural area. It took longer when I shipped stuff to my house in Maine.
