    The perfect layering top

    I bought this because I was gifted one of these lovely, soft tops a few years ago, by my parents, and have worn it many, many times. So I needed a new one! It's not only great as an extra layer in winter, but I love wearing it under short sleeved t-shirts or over a strappy vest top... it really is the best layering top you could wish for!

    Great Product

    I have an old silk pointelle set from LE that I still wear but needed to replace others. This is perfect for cold weather without being stifling. It would be good to have a scoopneck as well for wearing under shirts. If it came in more colours you could possibly wear it as a tee. The newer cotton tees are not as cozy as the old ones, more slinky in feel and cold so these could possibly replace them as leisure wear.

    Wonderful silk!

    I got these silk long underwear to replace my worn out ones. The thickness is perfect for under dresses and skirts. They wash well. The sleeves are a bit long but I fold them back over my top sleeves.

    Silk: all-season wonder

    Superb light warmth layer - I wear these most of the year, albeit the sleeveless vest when warmer than damp February. Great that they come in black and blue so both colour schemes covered. My young daughter-in-law does, too, surprisingly, so nothing geriatric about silk. Cheaper and more robust than.. a certain patrician London brand.

    Petite sizing is now too big and doesn’t fit

    I bought a black Lands End xs petite silk thermal top a 2 years ago and love it. I recently bought the white silk thermal in xs petite and when I put it on something felt off. The shirt felt wider and longer on my torso. I took a picture and compared the two shirts on top of each other and the white one is definitely about 2 inches longer and much bigger. I’m disappointed that the petite sizing has changed so much in two years that I will have to return this white shirt as it doesn’t fit me. Please bring back your old petite sizing!

    Finally Warm

    This is the second top I purchased, in addition to two bottoms. With near subzero temperatures in my area I am finally warm. Also great for COLD hockey rinks when attending my grandson's games.

    Keeping warm

    Lovely product

    I bought one of these to try and was so pleased I bought a second one. The silk is fine but warm and easier on the skin than wool. It washes well at 30 degrees and dries quickly. The garment is not bulky but adds a warm layer under other clothing. The size (uk14) is perfect.

    Excellent cold weather undershirt

    These are perfect for wearing under sweaters in the winter. They are extremely breathable and great for temperature regulation. All of my slightly itchy sweaters are suddenly wearable again. I now have three of them because I wear one every day. Runs large. I’m usually a large and I wear medium in this style as undershirts.

    Lovely! Long in the sleeves and trunk, with a neckline just about low enough to wear under an open-necked shirt. I haven't yet washed it (other makes have shrunk) but pleased with it so far!
