Fits me nicely. I am 5’9” tall and length is perfect. I bought it for lap swimming and this works. I didn’t realize it had underwire. Kept it anyway.

I bought this suit several months ago but did not wear it until I went on vacation a few weeks ago. I have been wearing Lands End suits for many years and have been happy with them, but this is the most uncomfortable suit I have ever owned. The underwires from the bra come up too far and dig into my side. I don't think I can continue wearing it!

This fits great but it faded after a few wearings- despite "chlorine resistant" rating. I followed directions, rinsing immediately after swimming and using mild dish soap.I am keeping it, but it looks tie dyed.

I received the purple Carmella suit yesterday. As I previously ordered the black and navy blue/ polkadot suits, I assumed this one would be comparable. I tried it on and it fit, but I failed to notice there was a seam up the back which the other two suits did not have. I only noticed this detail after I hand washed it and didn’t feel at that time I could return it. These suits hold up fairly well, my only complaint is that the elastic in the bottom of the polkadot one has stretched. Since the rest of the suit is in good shape, I will be having that repaired by a seamstress, which I don’t consider to be a big deal

This was a gift, cute style & seems to be well made. Although the tucks and underwire should help a small-chested woman, it is not flattering on me (unless you like the 14-yr-old or super-sporty look). Between athletic & pear body type. I need the padding, will look for some.

I had this suit style in this color years ago and loved the flattering fit and the rich coffee color. I wore it regularly until the stretch finally gave out, so I eagerly ordered it when I saw the same suit/color on sale. Unfortunately the quality and fit were not the same. The material was thinner and uncomfortably clingy so I sadly returned it.

This suit is advertised as chlorine resistant but it lasted only a month before it started getting discolored and stretched out. I like the fit very much but it doesnt last as long as I'd hoped.

I have 2 of these suits. The first was purchased 5 years ago. The fit was mostly great, but it faded after hours in the hot tub one day. So I bought another one and I am more careful of exposing to chlorine, even though it claims to be fade resistant. I wear the faded one when I will be in hot tub water for hours. Both suits could use another inch or two on the straps or make the straps adjustable. PLEASE, PLEASE do something about the straps, I am 5’3” and they are short for me.

I bought 2 of these several years ago, used them constantly on the beach and in the pool. and loved them. I had them in an eggplant and a deep turquoise color. I switched to rash guards because I spend a lot of time in the sun and wanted more protection. They are so beautiful and fit so well that I'm really tempted to buy a couple more and use a coverup.

I swim three times per week and this suit works perfectly. Doesn’t ride up and feels great. Looks good, too. These suits are supposed to be chlorine resistant but they only last 2-3 months. I usually buy two or three when I like a suit thus much.

I have bought about 20 suits over the years and I am happy when you introduce new colors. Question, why can't I get this suit in brown in a 14DDD? And the quality has gone down in the last few years. Please let the manufacturer know to reinforce the underwire. I have gotten poked too many times.

I have been buying your Carmela underwire suits for at least 15 years. It is difficult to find a suit that supports and covers (no deep V necks!) a large bust. The Carmela suit is perfect, except on my last purchase, the underwires on both sides starting poking out of the material. I only wore it 3 times and hand washed in cold water.I saw other reviews about the underwires coming out, so there is an issue in your recent manufacturing process. This was a black solid Carmela. I have a blue paisley Carmela that I bought a few years back and have had no issues with the underwire. Please fix this issue with the swimsuit. The underwire support is the main reason I have bought this suit over and over.
