  • A: By design the Sport Knit Pants offer a generous fit. Garment elastic waist for the 2X (20W - 22W) relaxed is 38" and 54" extended. Hip 53 1/2" and inseam is 29 1/2". For the 3X elastic waist r the 3X (24W - 26W) is 42" relaxed and 58" extended. Hip is 57 1/2. Inseam is 29 1/2".

I have them in navy, camel, white, and black. Very comfy with deep pockets. Black fades just a bit on washing but since I live in assisted living I don't know exactly how they are washed.

I agree with the reviewer who said "bring back the original one". I loved these pants and have them in so many different colors, but I noticed a huge change in quality over the past two years. Actually, I've noticed a change in quality of many other Land's End products, and it's a shame. I used to be proud to wear something from Land's End--I used to have a lightweight jacket with Land's End embroidered on it, and I was proud to wear it among my very diverse group of friends, everyone from teachers to lawyers...all recognized and admired Land's End products. That has changed recently. It's a shame. Same with sweaters--I ordered two rather pricey sweaters, same size, different colors, and one of them had sleeves in two different lengths. Land's End quality control is very lacking, and it's a shame, because Land's End once was a brand I was proud to wear. You need to do better.

Love these pants, dress them up or down, look good. what happened to the few patterned sport knits you released few years back. they were very attractive. The quality also has changed. I wear these in different colors constantly, but don't fix things that aren't broken. You have improved quality recently, please go back to basics, it was your best!!!!

I bought these trousers to replace a previous sports knit jean type trouser. The material is much thinner than the previous pair and quickly get knew shapes when worn. Fit is ok and they look alright on but they are a bit disappointing .

I really like these pants for roaming around the home and vacations. But even the longs are a bit short. LE used to have so many wonderful long things but it seems that Tall or Long isn't long anymore.

I own several pairs of these sport knit pants. Very comfortable. Elastic waist fits well. Side pockets are deep enough for a phone -although it messes up the line. I like the tall size. Dryer does shrink the legs maybe an inch. Perfect length for me.

I am very unhappy with the Sport Knit pants. The fabric is flimsy, totally unsuited for pants. The pockets bulge out because the fabric is too lightweight to hold the slanted shape. The knees stretched out and didn't flatten after wash and dry. The size was larger than any 10/12 I've purchased. Need to open up the elastic and cut it down 2 inches.

Size S Petite: These are soft and comfy! Fit is perfect. Really stretchy; it's hard to believe they are cotton, but they feel like cotton. Not cold like spandex. Size XS regular, on the other hand, feels scratchy, not like cotton. What are they?

My go-to pants. However, since in the past year you have increased the length of the pants in the petite size, I have to have the pants shorten. This is an additional expense and bother that I am very unhappy about.
