A bit thin for my taste

I bought this recently and while the supima fabric is soft I am disappointed with the thickness. I bought this in ivory, white, and navy and in all three cases the fabric is very thin. It will be fine layered under a sweater but I’m not likely to wear it on its own.

    Awful!

I bought two of these tops. They were absolutely the worst Land’s End product I have ever purchased. The fabric was of poor quality. The stretch in the fabric was nonexistent. Land’s End should be embarrassed!

    Soft and smooth texture

I bought a Supima tee and am happy with it. Seems to run a bit large, but is perfect for me!

    Too big and baggy

Very disappointed with this Supima I-Shirt. Have purchased many over the years, but this recent one is so large for my usual size I have ordered previously. Got the small, but way to oversized and baggy. Sleeves super long, shoulders way over to top of arm. Thin fabric as well. Would not buy again.

    Loved it

Beautiful fabric and design. Material seems well made and "sturdy" and is comfy to wear. Won't hesitate to order again.

    Not the Same Good Shirt

I have loved Lands End tops for years but the last two years or so the quality and fit changed. I bought three of these tops and the sleeves were too narrow. Never in my life have I had that problem. Not once. My arms aren’t heavy. In addition, one was twisted because it was cut on the bias. So disappointing. They’re going back,

    Disappointing

I have bought the supima cotton t-shirts for many years, both the long and short sleeved styles. They were always a reliable wardrobe staple until the last lot I purchased which were completely different: shorter, tighter, a completely different size from previous purchases. They also appeared to be poorly constructed with things like crooked seams. After wearing them a few times, they ended up as dusters. I don’t know if it’s significant, but the older t-shirts were made in Peru and the newer ones in Egypt. Unfortunately the description doesn’t say where the t-shirts are manufactured, which makes me reluctant to re-order as I don’t know what I’ll get.

    Not xl (18) -Too Tight!

Not relaxed fit! Size xl (18) is not true to size. But has long, long sleeves. Going to try 2X and see if I can hopefully wash & dry that size and still fit into it?? Fabric is thin!

    (no review title)

I have bought several of the shirts. They were all made in Peru and fit perfectly. This particular shirt was made in India and is to large. I wish I had returned it. The reason I haven’t is because all the packaging was thrown away.

New sizing is way too small

I’ve bought these tees for 10-15 years, both long and short sleeve version and they have been a wardrobe staple for me. The new fit is too small in every way, the new shirts are shorter, in both the body and the sleeve and at least a full size smaller in overall fit. I have bought at least 50 of these previously, but I won’t buy another one until they change it back to how it was.

    Silky feel

The material is soft but it doesn’t feel like cotton. It’s shiny and silky. I was looking more for a cotton look & feel.

Not the Pima cotton quality of old

I’ve been a VERY loyal Lands End customer for many years and a huge fan of all the Pima cotton products, but there is a marked decline in quality and consistency with the shift away from Peruvian Pima. Both the fabric and fit are not the same as years past. Some shirts have a horrible smell.

Not the Lands End Fabric Of Years Ago

Very disappointed in the quality of this fabric. It is not 100 percent cotton. The fabric is anything but breathable. It feels like a cheap silk mix. Needless to say it's being sent back.

    Soft, durable, and nice fit.

I bought a few of these Ts 3 or 4 years ago, and they’re my go-to all fall, winter, and spring, layered or not. They’ve held up beautifully, still no fraying, and I’m going to get a couple more in the new colors.

    Synthetic feel

I have been buying these shirts for years. The fabric is not the same as they used to be at all. They fit tighter than before also. I find it very hard to believe it is cotton. Feels very synthetic! Not at all what the supina used to be. Very disappointed

Please offer a slightly fitted version!

The 3 star rating has nothing to do with the quality of the item. It has to do with the fit. I don’t want it skin tight, I just want it to have some shape so that it drapes nicely and looks neat. I love the fabric of the long sleeved and short sleeved Supima cotton shirts. It is the perfect weight and wears well. I stopped buying them because they are too boxy and look sloppy on me. I wear an XS Petite, am 5’1” and weigh 105. If you offered a slightly fitted version, I would buy them again in a minute!
