[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rating these 4 stars solely because of my taste preference. Personally, they’re not my cup of tea. They kind of give me “bitter brick brownie” vibes because they’re very dense/hard and a little bitter tasting. The box they come in is nice though because the top comes off and makes it easy to set out for a convenient grab ‘n go snack. Each bar contains 6g of protein which I find decent for an in between meals ‘snack’. Wouldn’t purchase this flavor again, but I would definitely try another Larabar ‘flavor’. I like that Larabar uses high quality ingredients and is transparent about what is in their products. For 8 bars, I feel like the pricing on these are reasonable.

I do not like the flavor of the dates, which is the main ingredient. I do not like how dry these bars are, I needed water to wash it down. I couldn't taste the peanuts because of how strong the date flavor is and the coco flavor is very minimal. Overall, I wouldn't buy these and will be giving them away at work.

It is really tasty though it is not super peanut forward in taste- it is really interesting and fun to eat - but the texture is almost like espresso beans - just took me a minute to get used to!

They are so filling, tasty, and I’m really happy with the pure ingredients that they are made of. They might go too far. I like to eat them as a meal for breakfast or lunch. But I always have them in my purse in case.
