Large Lit Tabletop Star - Threshold™

Star arrived shattered in huge box with no packaging to protect it. Tgis seems to be a common issue for shipping orders.I would only recommend if you can find in store.

I love the item, but it came with 3 points of the star broken off.

Ughh… I ordered this twice as it was out of stock in store. First time, both the large and small star were shipped separately and were both shattered. They shipped both stars out again and they were shipped separately and I received them broken and parts of one of thee stars was missing several of the “points” also . They were clearly not packed well. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have received shattered items. Last year, during the Christmas season also, I ordered a large order and all of the more fragile items were shattered to literal shards. I love me some Target, but if it is not available in store, I probably will just forgo ordering anything on the more delicate side. On the upside… Target’s customer service is always responsive and kind.:)

I love these but I ordered 3 and they kept arriving with no packaging support and broken - poking right through the box!

The smaller one is still pretty big and the glow is just lovely. Kind of regret not getting both sizes. The cord for the battery pack is long enough that I think I'll be able to hide it creatively.

There was nothing protecting the star in the shipping box and it arrived broken.

Arrived broken. Fulfillment needs to do a better job packaging these items for mail.

Disappointed. I bought 2 and they both arrived broken! I am sure they may have been pretty however they were in pieces with no way to fix. I believe this was because they were just put in the big box with no protection. Do not purchase these. This seems like an issue when packed for shipping.

absolutely absurd shipping. no wrap. all broken up arrival. now expecting me to go through hassle of returns. I am rethinking ordering anything else by mail from Target.

Arrived broken but Target made it right. The smaller one arrived in perfect shape and is beautiful! I can't wait to add it to my bookshelf for the holidays.

Liked this when I saw it online so I bought the small & large size. I plugged it in & was amazed @ how beautiful it really was. This will b a great piece in my Christmas decorations this year. I can't wait 2 decorate!

This is very pretty and I looked forward to adding to my Christmas tablescape. Arrived in a huge box with no packing material except for some brown paper. Why does Target do this?? Especially around the holidays. The number of ornaments or breakable items I have returned is getting in the dozens.

I was so excited about this decor for my mantle, but it sadly arrived badly broken. Four of the points snapped off during shipping.

This star is very beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is to buy it in store. I had the large and small star shipped and whoever packed it didn't had any padding or wrap the stars at all. I thought they had arrived broken because I could hear items rattling inside. Both stars had some of the "arms" pop off while in transit. I'm grateful I was able to pop them back in with no issue. The battery pack does have a timer. It clearly states it on the battery pack. Also the stars are definitely a tabletop decor only. I thought that maybe I could hang them but I don't think the wire would be able to hold the weight. I'll have to brainstorm to see if I can somehow wrap them with string that will be unnoticeable if I decide to hang them. I love that they are made of very sturdy hard plastic yet it looks like mercury glass!
