We bought this set based on the fact that the seat cushions were listed as 3.9 inches thick. In reality, the cushions are barely 2 inches thick, with very thin material. We did not even unpack the rest of the furniture as we could tell just by seeing and feeling it that it is extremely low quality. You definitely get what you pay for. Customer service was fantastic though and processed a return very quickly.

The product looks exactly like expected and arrived really quickly. It was easy but time-consuming to assemble. My biggest complaint is that the cushions hold water like nothing you'd expect. It rained the first night we had it out and we neglected to cover it. The cushions were so wet not only for the next day but for the next week. We had to wring them out, then set them in the sun for a few days to dry. It was a full week before the cushions were dry enough to sit on. We've since purchased a cover and that should prevent future issues. It was surprising for outdoor furniture to hold water so badly.

I have had so many compliments on this furniture. The cushions are a beautiful cream color, which is the beige. The rattan says dark brown but it is really black, but don’t let that stop you! A few black accents will pull it all together for a rich, fun look.
