so its going to take time playing with product first time I used it it made my hair very fluffy fro... I watched some more videos and used more products the second time was ok just gonna take time I kinda wish I bought the Le tridente instead

The tool singed my hair and it broke off. I used the same heat setting and protectant that I always do with your tools. I had to go the next day and spent almost $200 to try to salvage my hair and they had to put my extensions back in to cover the spots where my hair had broken off. I am devastated.

I llike how the device work but the only thing I notice is that the timer does not beep every 10 second and my hair is so frizzy that I I have the waves but it doesn't look like the women from the vidos have. I need to find a good product for frizzy hair and see if it changes hair and have very nice wave style.
