Something is wrong with microwave directions
I'm hoping the microwave cooking instruction on the package are wrong ---3 minutes on High, peel back film, stir rice and spoon sauce over enchilada ....THEN... COOK AN ADDITIONAL 3 MINUTES. These directions turned it into a dried out inedible mess... the sauce just diapppeared and the rice turned into a sheet of leathery, gummy crap !!! THIS CANNOT BE RIGHT !!!

Don’t listen to the sensitive taste bud white ppl in the comments this is the closet thing to an authentic enchilada and Mexican rice u can get in a frozen box , it’s better then other store brands that’s sole focus is enchiladas. These are bagging and the rice is good too and I’m a Texan with picky taste when it comes to Mexican food .

Bring back the old recipe
I used to live this meal. It was a favorite. I don’t know what happened and what you changed but it is awful now. The enchiladas is so dry it’s inedible and the rice is gummy. It used to have a delicious sauce but that is non-existent. Please bring back the old recipe!

I used to love the lean cuisine chicken enchilada suiza. It was delicious and low calorie, compared to other frozen dinners.It's been several years since I had it. I do not know what they did to it, but it is now literally inedible. I threw it away.

First few months - plentiful, tasty with great sauce and 2-3
I get about 7 strings of chicken (literally strings), not enough rice to cook it as long as you say to but hey, I love a sheet of rice peel and 4 kernels of corn. The flavor was awesome. I add sour cream (thinking it will look more like picture, etc.

New chicken suiza tastes good
I've eaten the chicken suiza enchiladas for years and they've been hit or miss. However, the new ones I've had taste good and had chunks of chicken and the sauce was very good! No more sawdust chicken!! It is a bit salty tho. I hope they stay this way!!

I laughed when i saw it
For 2.99 you can't expect much Didn't taste bad wasn't great ...I'm a small person and when I saw how small this was I laughed out loud lean cuisine is right because even if you ate 5 of these tiny "meals" you can not gain weight only be lean I've eaten granola bars that fill me up more but I will say I am a big eater and this is meant for being lean so starving in this case jk see picture so we can share in a good laugh I understand portion size is taken into account with these meals but that's my pinky haha

Lean cuisine has really stepped up to the plate! I absolutely love the quesadilla and the enchilada Suiza! And of course the chicken Alfredo! Thank you, I love Tex Mex so had to add jalapeños but it was my favorite so far!
