Learning Resources 1-2-3 Build it! Car, Boat, Plane, 15 Pieces

Ideal learning for my 2 yr Grandson.Such joy to build 3 interesting travel items. He very much enjoyed the big parts to build and great for little hands.

My son loved the 1,2,3 build it rocket, train helicopter set. We got the car plane boat set thinking he could mix the pieces between set. They do NOT mix. The pieces are different sizes and even the person figurine from this set does not fit the train from the other set. We have had so many tears! Individually the toy is a lot of fun but unfortunately my son keeps asking for both sets together and then gets upset.

Fabulous educational toy.

This looks great but actually it was not very popular. You have to push so hard to put the pieces together so it was too difficult for our 2 year old. The four-year-old had to put it together for him but it was too basic and boring for him to play with. Also the boat doesn't float.

The back wheel of the plane does not stick on like the other two wheels on the wings, and so it constantly is coming off, creating lots of frustrating and tears for my 2-year old son.

Need to have doubles so kids can make more than one at a time

My daughter loves this set! She is only 3 years old and can do build all three by herself using the pictures!

I bought this product for my two year old grandson and it is perfect for his age and ability. The pieces are large enough for little hands to manipulate, a little challenging but not enough to frustrate him.

This will be lots of fun for my 2 year old grandson and will enhance his fine motor skills.

This toy can be used over and over to create three different fun and interactive toys! Great for higher level thinking.

I ordered this toy for my granddaughters, ages 2 and 3. They love to put together and take things apart, so I knew this toy would be perfect for them. The toy came in a sturdy box, which we use to store all the pieces. The pieces themselves are very sturdy and just the right size for their little hands. My three old granddaughter had no difficulty looking at the pictures and then building her vehicle. She had fun taking it apart and then building another vehicle. The wheels were a little hard for her to remove the first couple of times she tried, but after building and rebuilding they seemed to come off a little easier. The two year olds needed a little help building their vehicle. I asked if they wanted to build a plane, boat or car and then told them which pieces they needed (black wheels, red steering wheel, etc.) This is a great toy for helping them learn their colors. I love how versatile this toy is.

In a room full of toys, since we opened this one, he goes straight for it and tells me he wants a car. I like that the toys are bright and colorful, the pieces are big and easy for him to handle. He needs help assembling it, but it's easy to do, so you don't need the directions. The 'guy' doesn't stay in the spot as well as it could, but that's not a huge problem. More my noticing it, than my son. This is a keeper and one we will enjoy for awhile.

My daughter loves connecting and disconnecting the parts, and it keeps her busy for a long time! I just wish you could use all the parts to build one large vehicle. Cons: One of the wheels broke within the first few days of my toddler playing with it. She's not really strong enough to break it, so I believe it's just poor quality. He was immediately interested in the colorful pieces and was excited to put them together. He needed little to no instructions to put the parts together. He was bummed to find out that he had to pull apart the plane he assembled in order to make a car/boat but he still enjoyed it. He liked the plane the most and continued to play with it after he assembled it.

What a great product for my son who is all about cars, planes, and anything with wheels! He's only 1.5 years old, but he was enamored with the colorful pieces and how I was assembling them. I love the very detailed (and colorful) Instruction Guide. As soon as I built it, my son wanted to push the car and plane around. It's perfect for his little hands and the end product is bigger than I thought it would be. I can't wait for him to build them by himself - he'll get there in no time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2 year old loved building with the set as it was intended, but what he loved more was using his other toys with it. He puts small stuffies in the vehicles so they can drive and he tries to put the wheels on almost everything!

The packaging is sturdy and colorful. The pieces can be stored in the box. I will put them in a plastic shoe box so they will be available on the toy shelves in my classroom. The children were very excited to build. They could build the items from the directions and also created some unique constructions of their own. The toy is colorful and durable. As a teacher, I wish there were enough pieces to create all three items. It would allow for more interaction between the students and more students actively engaged at the same time. This toy was given to me as part of an incentivized review program. I would definitely recommend this toy to family and friends.
