I would definitely buy this product again.
I've brought these play sets over the year for my grandchildren and others and they just love them. They are well made and the kids have fun playing with the different sets.

Fun Set!
I am a Spanish teacher. My students had to tell me in Spanish how to make a stirfry and demostrate it using the pretend set. They had a blast.

Great intro to Asian cooking
My daughter loves this set. She was excited that now she can cook right along with Dad with many of the same ingredients we use at home. The textures of the ingredients are great and provide good variety. The tongs are really nice for practicing fine motor skills and the fortune cookie is a favorite!

Small pieces are a choking hazard!
The quality of the toy is nice; however I think it is dangerous for children as young as 18 months as so many pieces can fit into their mouths. Perhaps they are too big to swallow, but who wants to take the chance on a blocked airway?

students in OT LOVE this !
I use this in OT with preschoolers. They love sorting the realistic looking foods using the tongs to pick up pieces and sort them into the corresponding bowls. Its a little difficult for some of them to pick up the noodles with the tongs, but you can hold the noodles up for them to grab them.

Kidz haven't put this down.
Went in our kitchen area at Pre Skool, kidz have loved it. Brings a different flavour to our normal fruit and veg play.

We love this!
We own several of the New Sprouts sets, but this one is everyone's favorite! Both of my 3-year-olds still play with it almost every day and we've had it since last Christmas. I really like that it improves fine motor coordination to use the tongs to move items between the pan and takeout container. Plus it's super cute and original. I plan to buy more to give as gifts.

I received this set from Learning Resources for my review. All opinions are my own. My daughter is loving this set. She thinks that fortune cookie and to-go container is fun. She enjoys whipping up "meals" in the wok. Very cute. I love it because this play food is very high quality. It is not cheap or flimsy like other play foods we have owned. It is sturdy and made to last. I highly recommend New Sprouts Play food and sets.
