Q: Is this yellow tinge or white

A: Soft white will be the most yellow. Bright white will be inbetween. And daylight will be the "brightest". This should be soft white so about as yellow as you will find in a standard light bulb.

Similar to other comments, this bulb lasted just a month past the 1 year warranty mark. This light was probably on 1-2 hours per day. Won’t purchase again.

The point of LED bulbs is partly to reduce waste by having a longer life (less energy usage as well) than incandescent bulbs. These are no better. They lasted just past the return window and cost more than the cheap Ikea bulbs that I bought several years ago. If you want LED bulbs that last, look elsewhere.

I was excited to try these bulbs as the price was great, and I prefer 3000K to the standard 2700K Soft White. Unfortunately, the bulbs have an odd and unpleasant green cast. The difference is noticeable between the up & up bulbs and the GE bulbs I have that are listed as the same color temp. Won’t purchase again.

Great at first, but all 3 in the box failed within 6 months. They got very dim and began blinking like a strobe light. I contacted the manufacturer (Feit Electric) and they sent a replacement pack, and one of those failed today after 2 months. I'm getting a refund and buying a different brand.
