Price hike
I really like this tree, but I’m curious why it’s $50 when it was only $35 when I bought it last year. A $15 price hike seems a little outrageous, especially when you consider that it’s primarily made of plastic. I bought a similar item for Halloween a few years ago— it was a neon pumpkin that had a metal frame. So the quality is getting worse and they’re charging you more. Seems a little shady, Target.

Very cute and insanely overpriced.
It’s such a cute light. It’s small (check dimensions), and feels delicate, so I’m unsure about durability. But it’s absurdly expensive for how small and flimsy it is. I got it on sale but still pricey at $30, should be $20-25 to be fair priced. No way it’s worth $50. What were you thinking, Target? I know things have gone up but $50 is insane!!

Poor quality
I didn't want to believe the reviews, but they're sadly true. It's very small for this insanely high price point and really should cost around $20 max. It's not a rigid piece and I wasn't expecting it to be so flexible. When I plugged it in, only half the tree lit up. It honestly looks so cheap, like something you would get at a dollar store. Like others said, there's no timer or switch and you have to physically pull the plug to turn it off.

Markedly overpriced for what you get.
The first one I received was defective, with the light flickering, flashing, and glitching different colors. The second one worked correctly. It is generally a cute light. It is relatively small in size. There is no ability to turn animation on/off. Construction feels much cheaper than prior year offerings. $50 price point is absurd. Maybe worth $20-25.

That’s just crazyyyyyy!!!! I’ve been buying these for the past 2-3 years for Halloween & Christmas! I try to get one every year but the price increase for this small one is crazy I used to pay anywhere from 25-30 and 30 would be the bigger one. Way overpriced! Quality is poor!
Target must be out of their minds to charge $50 for this. Last year these ranged from $25-$35 and the quality of this item is poor because they end up dying after a few weeks. $50 is outrageous for this little item.

There are no options for controlling or turning off the animation for this Christmas Tree LED. Unfortunate as I would have preferred having the lights statically always on instead of looping the animation sequence.

EXPENSIVE
Very expensive! last year the LED Christmas light ups were $35 and with 30% they came out to $24.50. this price gouging is ridiculous!
