LED Floor Lamp with USB and Tablet Stand Black - OttLite: Modern Adjustable Height, Touch Sensor, No Assembly Required

I got this lamp for my sewing room and was thrilled with it! It was so nice and bright and would charge my phone! It was a fantastic birthday present! When I unplugged it to move it it stopped working all together. It hasn't lasted a year. I am very disappointed.

The tablet stand broke very quickly when I brushed up against it while rising from my chair. but using a clamp I was able to re attach it to make it useful. This is my second ott lamp to purchase. First one I bought in the 90 s and it is a much better lamp as the tablet is very sturdy and the lamp itself is heavier and very sturdy. The light from the current lamp is very good and the ability to focus the lamp is also excellent. I purchased this one because of the tablet stand rather than the more expensive model. But, I wish it were heavier, on wheels, with a better tablet attachment.

Lamp tilts as does the clamp and tablet stand, and is not fixable. Cheap plastic construction mars what would be a great lamp with dimming and color selection. Price is ridiculous when compared with the quality.

I bought this for my quiltiing room and the problem I had was the connection of the cord. It did not fit right and the wiring pulled apart. It was out of warranty

USB port does not charge properly so don’t rely on it! The floor light itself is nice; I like the various degrees of light.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the height is not adjustable. When I am sitting in my chair knitting I can't get the light as close as I would like. Otherwise, its great!

The lights works very well and my wife is happy with it. She had to help in attaching it tomits base, but we got it done. It offers 2 different lighting mode at 4 different brightness levels in each mode (white vs. a subdued kind of yellow.)

I bought three of these lights a few years ago and for the most part they have been great. However, there are two weak points on this light. The USB port failed after about a year on one of the lights. The clamp that holds the tablet stand starts to crack and so the stand will wobble a bit and hold your tablet at a slight angle. This has been the case for all three lights.

Lights up my desk perfectly. Multiple brightness and color settings for use throughout the day. Included tray with USB plug is a huge bonus, and lets me have my mobile devices on hand at all times. Love it!

so much easier to see while cross-stitching. I can set my pattern on the shelf and don't have to constantly adjust the lighting to see well.

I bought this to use it as a lighted music stand for guitar practice. I put a sheet of cardboard large enough to hold my sheet music on it and it works very well! I can certainly recommend this lamp for that purpose.

Very versatile and easy to place anywhere you need it

I liked the sleek design, reminded me of alien laser weapon in the 1953 War of the Worlds movie. Also liked that light was adjustable LED although I wasn't certain about touching the control five times to run it up the scale of brightness back to off each time I used the lamp. That turned out to be a non-issue because I use the lamp for long periods of time and turn it on and off maybe twice a day. I do like the ability to keep the light dim first thing in the morning when my eyes are sensitive to light and later step up the brightness as needed. The three color settings are also useful for making the lamp output comfortable for the user. I have not fully utilized the tray, yet it does appear sturdy and the base of the lamp is also heavy enough so both could support a hefty manuscript or book. The points of adjustability require tools. Tilt on the tray is not adjustable. The only shortcoming is its useable height is limited. It can be raised no higher than the bottom of the control pod and it clears the dining room table where I work by only about three inches. That's not enough for phone and other desktop items. If you need it lower, the tray can be dropped down to the top of the base..

My wife loves it. She is a knitter and uses it every day. She also plugs in her cell phone so she can keep up with the grandkids.
