Not as yummy as the strawberry lemonade, but good in its own way. I think this one is a bit sweeter so maybe dilute it a bit more/add more water. I wouldn't say this increased my milk supply, but it helps me stay hydrated, which is essential for pumping!

Although I was a bit skeptical on the strawberry lemonade flavor I get it now. It is very good. And I'm not a huge fan of artificial strawberry flavor but in this product it tastes like I'd imagine for strawberry lemonade. I was more so excited for the watermelon flavor but was unfortunately disappointed in that. Kinda tastes like if you tried to make a 4 loko non alcoholic and carbonation free.

She's Thirsty Coconut Water Electrolyte Mix is the best! Love love love it, pretty much what I drink all day since I nurse I'm always feeling dehydrated no matter how many bottles of water I drank and with this stuff I don't feel like that.
