I bought this against my better judgment b/c I saw majority really good reviews and wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, I’ve only been using it for about a week and it’s drying up my milk supply. I wouldn’t recommend using it unless you have clogged milk ducts. Even then, I would only take it for 2-3 days max. Everyone’s body is different, but it shouldn’t be used for “daily maintenance” (as stated on the bottle), if you’re unsure about the ingredients.

This stuff worked for me! Had a “clogged duct” for several days. After trying all the wrong things, heat, massage, frequent feeds… I decided to switch to this supplement with ice and normal feedings. That did the trick! Also did not upset my stomach or cause any bloating.
