The colourful bricks were great and the 3 different things to build of course made it 3 times more fun. Also enjoyed making other things with the Lego. The only downfall of a 3 different designs is that you have to pull apart the first one to build the next. Thanks for sending us this

It meant that my son could decide which he wanted to do (though I am still not sure what exactly it is). There are lots of little pieces, which even as an adult I struggled a little with but as I’m not a regular Lego builder, I put it down to that. I did have to be careful as I have a younger daughter who would have tried to eat the pieces but it isn’t unsafe as long as you supervise. For what you get, it is great value for money.

My favourite was the axolotl. They're fantastic colours and I also enjoyed the fact the head and legs moved. Would recommend for all ages!

Very easy instructions to follow and I was pleasantly surprised to find all the packaging was paper, no more plastic packets! She had so much fun playing with each item before happily rebuilding the next. Once finished she was inspired to try and make her own animal out of all the pieces too. Would make a great gift for the quality, entertainment and a great price as well. Another win for Lego.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this set. The animals are unique and it’s a fun build but I was disappointed that the darker pink was a neon, highlighter color rather than the more muted pastel on the box. If the colors matched the box this would be 5 stars for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Lego Creator 3 in 1 set with 288 pieces. My daughter absolutely adores the colours of this set. We chose to make the flamingo as we were amazed at the long neck, thin feet, pink feathers, and the flowers that accompanies it. My daughter is 8 years old and this box set is recommended for 8+, so it is not too easy for her, but also not too difficult. We had a great time bonding together while following the clear instructions and building the flamingo, all while excited about how creative and beautiful the colours were of the pieces. It was definitely a great activity to have during the school holidays.

She really got into building the Lego and I didn’t even get a chance to build some until bag number 3. It now has pride of place on her bookshelf when she is not playing with it and another Lego wild animal we made. I also liked the change to paper packaging from plastic for the different bags of parts.

A Flamingo or an Axolotl. That keeps it fun and allows longer fun through more build time and also through the trying of different designs. It was simple enough for a beginner builder, and with my daughter being a more experienced Lego builder, it still kept her entertained.

I liked making it. Cos it was nice coral type colour. I have made a 3 in one before, the camera and I was working on a building. I have been playing with lego since I was very young, 5 years old. I will be 11 soon. thank you Rebekah From Rebekahs mum - what appealed to me was the choice of what to make. I believe all animals have the same skill level to make them. You can never go wrong with lego.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Lego player took 2 hours 42 minutes to make very good construction and easy to understand instructions with pictures making it much easier to understand but still a great challenge and achievement for the kids once finished and fantastic that it can be pulled apart and remade in to three different pieces well worth the money that it cost to keep kids busy and their minds thinking while making the set overall I’d rate this Lego set 10 out of 10 and highly recommended to buy for your children well done Lego fantastic product aaaa ++++

Not only was the pink very appealing to her but she was excited to have the choice to build a Flamingo, an Axolotl or a Parrot . She likes all of these animals. She built all 3 and her favourite was the Axolotl because "of its smile, it looks so happy". She thought the lego Axolotl is very cute. She said the Flamingo was the hardest of the 3 to build but she really enjoyed building all of them. She didn't require much help building as the step by step instructions are very easy to follow. We sat together and she built one animal each night. She had a lot of fun building all of the animals and I enjoyed watching her carefully read the book and build each. The Axolotl now sits on her bedside table to greet her when she wakes up. She loves that each animal is poseable. She has been experimenting with the left over pieces from the set with keeping the Axolotl.

Loved the moving parts to make it more interactive. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loved that all the packaging is recyclable as well.

I found it very educational for children as the book was super easy to follow with the pictures of each piece being very clear and precise and the quantity required of each piece. I would strongly recommend this lego. We completed a little of this each day and it was enjoyed by both of us.(Miss M was very unwell in the last few weeks and she was not okay with photos).

The best thing about the creator kits is that children want to make all 3 animals and hence it is reused over and over again. As opposed to other LEGO which is one use and then sits as an ornament. The creator kits encourage kids to keep creating new things at minimum 3-4 times. So much better value from a parents perspective. This set is really appealing for girls between the cute animals and the vibrant colours especially pink this set is naturally of interest to young girls. The best thing about this kit was that it even encouraged my girls to play together. One wanted to create the flamingo and the other one wanted to make the Axolotl. It was really nice seeing them bond over these animals and talk about which ones they prefer and which one they would like as a pet. This kit has encouraged me to jump onto BIGW’s website to have a look at the other creator sets in readiness for school holidays!!

There's directions on each page that are very clear and easy to follow, for each step. My daughter and I had some fun quality time together building her new Felicia the Flamingo. Would I recommend? Yes absolutely, I highly recommend for children 8+. Great products, quality parts, now we're excited to build more Lego together.

You get to choose from three different characters (all of them ridiculously cute), and my daughter couldn’t wait to get started. She had such a hard time picking which one to build first—they're all adorable! The colors are bright and happy, and the final build is more than just something to look at—it’s interactive! The characters can move their necks and flap their tails, which made it extra fun to play with after building. It kept the fun going long after the last piece was snapped on. Also, it was super easy to put together, so my daughter could build it mostly on her own, which made her really proud. We had a morning full of laughs, cute moments, and creative fun. Honestly, just an all-around awesome set!
