[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review from Influenster and LEGO. What a fun Lego set this was! It was a good size to do in one evening with my son. We were able to sit down and follow all the steps and get it put together with no issues. It was a lot of fun and while he is only 6, he was able to follow most steps with little direction and a little more help putting them together. We didn't have much problems with it coming apart as we added new parts, and that was nice. All together this was a fun project that we really enjoyed!

It gave him an activity but that took some time but he was having fun the whole time ! Once it’s build it looks perfect sitting anywhere !

The pieces inside are durable and of good quality, love the packaging, very complex and colorful , the end design is very cool and you can display it on a shelf .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son had much fun building these Thor vs Surtur figures. The package has 245 pieces and took him about half and hour to assemble. The figures has a lot of details and they are for 8 year old and older and it’s quite easy in his opinion. These building toys are great for presents!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] IMHO, Thor Ragnarok is the superior Thor film in the Infinity Saga series, paying homage to previously cameo’d characters, the comics, etc. It ties up a lot of loose ends, with great humor sprinkled throughout. My 10 year old son wholeheartedly agrees! So, when I told him I had the Thor Vs. Surtur Lego set to build he practically vibrated with excitement! The set includes Sparkles Thor (IYKYK) and two fire demons, and constructs to be a giant Surtur (the beast both in the beginning and end of the film). He is SO fired up to put this together after school, and I can’t say I blame him!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was chosen by Influenster to receive these Marvel Thor vs Surtur Lego Intinity Saga set in exchange for my honest review. This set is for ages 8 and up and includes 245 pieces. My son absolutely loved it and said it wasn’t very hard to put together (it does come with pretty detailed instructions) but he had a great time assembling it and then playing with it after. It includes the small LEGO figurines as well (Thor, and 2 Fire Demons).

It’s ok I was expecting way more of the set Way over price for what it is

For a while now, LEGO have insisted on giving us "construcion figures". As a family, we have avoided the likes of the Captain America and Spider-Man Construction Figures, because even our 5 year old thinks they look "wrong"! There have been other times (like the old Marvel Civil War Airport Battle) where they have given you the chance to build a brick built "giant figure" that still maintains the look and proportions of a minifig, and these are incredible - good builds, great presentation - almost perfect, really, and we can understand why they chose to go bigger with this concept with the Haryy Potter and Hermoine figures (although we wish they were sold seperately!) and the LEGO Construcion Worker sets. Just brilliant. Then there are the "other" types of construction figure - those that don't represent actual people or minigigures, but a creature or being (or indeed a mech) outside of the norm- and these generally fair much better. The Molten Man set from a few years ago went down very well with our youngest, although we found that bits tended to keep popping off during play. With Surtur, however, LEGO have quite firmly landed nail on head. We are legit blown away by the execution of this figure - it looks great (and has a sneaky, but pleasantly surprising reuse of Eternals piece we thought we'd never see again!), it plays well, AND it displays fantastically too! The build is a little fiddly for our youngest (although he is well educated in the art of LEGO construction, even at 5!), but is generally quite straightforward. The addition of the "Fire Demon" minifigs is an unnecessary but very welcome play addition! Thor's cape will take me a bit of getting used to (I like the old school variety, but I am hurtling towards middle-age disgracefully), but it is MUCH better for little fingers, and likely MUCH more durable in the long run. All in all, I genually believe this to be the best use of the construction figure format yet. Long may it's like continue!

Wow, this was a great fun build and looks fantastic on display. Loads of playability, scales really well and let's you re-create such an Iconic battle through to the ending where Thor can wear Surtur's crown just like in the movie. Exceeded all my expectations.

Great price point. Perfect to gift a young Thor fan. You get Thor plus a main villain with two minions. This set continues the awesome practice of Marvel sets including extra parts like energy effects and stands. I love that the instructions even show alternate configurations to reenact scenes from the movie (like including the chain). A nice touch that I hope they continue. So much fun for play and display.
