Almost Perfect
Great Set, just wish the wings were wider by 4-8 studs each. with the wings being so short the extendable part of the wings dont move up from the main wings very far when in "attack mode". But it's cool that they changed the cockpit piece color.

Bummed Out
Super cool ship and design but MAJOR design flaw on the main wings. There's only a single connection point on one side that uses one unit, and this makes it incredibly weak. Bump it lightly and it breaks apart. I understand the wings need to be thin, but they need more reinforcement which I did on my own. The problem with doing this is it interferes with the folding outer wings. The under wing cannons fall off pretty easily too...

We're sorry to hear you're having problems with the stability of your ARC-170 Starfighter™. The wings shouldn't be falling off so easily. If you'd like a hand troubleshooting, reach out at LEGO.build/Service-BV and we'll happily help!

Disappointing
The Arc 170 is a fan favorite. This set is much weaker than the previous two. Build is much smaller and some parts feel inaccurate. The main canons are not accurate, which can’t be that hard to get right since they were done right on the other sets. Stickers on the cockpit pieces are ridiculous. After applying them they look terrible and don’t match what’s presented on the box. The rear gunner doesn’t get a control panel but the other pilots do, just seems lazy they all can’t have control panels. Minifigs though are great and I love the system to get the wings into attack position. Overall an alright set. I wouldn’t pay full price.

This is getting out of hand now there are three.
This set in my opinion has great minifigures however I have some issues with it. First of all the spring loaded shooters are in the wrong spot. Second of all the bottom cannons are to short, the gap at the back is to big, an the stickers for the cockpits could be better.

FALSE ADVERTISING
The stickers look horrible when compared to the pictures. The white doesn't match the white of the brick. The set also doesn't have an accurate white to red ratio on the wings making the build look off. It's also significantly smaller than previous models which is quite sad and also quite expensive. Definitely wait for a discount before buying this or any star wars set for that matter.

Worst stickers in any Lego set I own
Not only does this set have the worst quality stickers I have ever used but they are also large and numerous. Everything about them is maximally cheap, the adhesive, the plastic and the print. However the print quality of the 4 rounded tiles were of high quality for me but I've heard others were not so lucky. The saving grace of this set is the engineering of the main function which is complex in its build but very easy to use. Overall good toy but do not buy if you or your child get frustrated with stickers.

Great set, not great retail price
The set is great for any clone wars, or "revenge of the sith" fan. If you can find it on sale for $55 or under, it makes for a fun set.

Not worth the price
So small compared to the one I had as a kid. The price isn't worth it. Also too many stickers my son was struggling to line them up especially the cockpit one. If your charging a arm and leg for this at least do some printed pieces like I had back in the day.

Great toy, horrible canopy stickers
I really like this as a toy and the build was very good. The big mistake here are the canopy stickers. They are not white like in Lego's official photos. Once applied, they look gray, nowhere near the color of the white bricks they're supposed to match. Honestly, it looks better with them left off. Those stickers are a big miss for Lego in terms of quality. That being said, I am mostly pleased with the model.

A fun build
This was an easy build, nothing to repetitive, it looks great in my display next to an x-wing. The four smaller wings are not the most stable or well attached, so I do t know how well suited to Childs play it would be. On the expensive side, but I used points and got it for half price:

Great set. Iconic ship.
Fun build forsure, wish the cockpits weren't stickers as they kinda have bubbles under them despite my efforts to get them out. Great display piece, classic ship form ROTS. I recommend it regardless of the cockpits. Also awesome to get an astromech we haven't really seen.

Could be a lot better
Problem 1. The false advertising, they advertise on the box that the white on the windows is the same of the bricks, which it is not. Problem 2. The number of stickers, the sheer number of stickers in this set is ridiculous, especially Lego making us apply the window stickers. Problem 3. The wings, the wings are to short compared to the body, this could have been easily avoided by having this set be the same number of pieces as "Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator" which has 143 more pieces for the same price. It is a solid build, but could be a lot better.

STICKERS!!!!!
I’m getting tired of stickers, whether they are the right color doesn’t bother me as much as the alignment! I am not having fun trying to stick them on properly (straight) and that frustration is compounded by the stickers not being cut straight… would there be a way for some to pay more and get printed pieces instead ( I am assuming that the stickers are there for extra fun for the kids, but they are not fun for me). Please Lego, with the prices going higher, keep the quality. Also please do not be stingy on the pieces, with the addition of a couple of pieces this set (and many others) could be so much better. You are actually making me rethink collecting legos…

Great set, but the stickers...
As someone who missed out on previous versions of this ship, its great to have a new take on it in my collection. It's built solidly and looks great. But the stickers are very lackluster... the 3 canopy pieces are transparent, need to be wrapped around and even if you align it correctly, it'll have bubbles that make it look not so pleasant. Therefore I have to deduct one star.
