A Bit Expensive But Fun
I am a huge fan of legos but this was for a little friend and he loved it. It was a little on the expensive side considering there were not that many pieces in it but he's a fan of Shy Guy so there were no complaints from him.

Sleek look, perfect build
I was so excited to get this set, as I have been after it for some time. I love the brick-built Glider, and the overall sleek feel to the kart. It rolls and drifts better than any of my other MK sets. Shy Guy's "car seat" was such a genius idea!! Just great!

Sick wheels and tons of fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so pleased to be able to test lego Shy Guy. We have a ton of other pieces we have had great fun with in the past from this Super Mario range and was amazing to add to our collection (couldn't get it all out for the photo unfortunately). How great to see these newer pieces now use paper bags for the pieces and didn't provide a lego lever to separate pieces as standard (presuming we already have one and don't need an extra piece to go to waste). Much more environmentally friendly. Just make sure to check the bags twice as they aren't see-through and we couldn't find a white piece. The build was relatively straightforward. We normally use the app and recommend using the app as standard as kids love using it and really helps to visualise how everything goes together. We worked together on this build so we didn't use it it this time. The attention to detail and working parts on this are really fun. You can shoot a red or green shell or a banana using the gun on the bonnet. The glider is true to the computer game as well. The wheels and lines on the car have come on a long way and the parts look really neat. The car is nice and sturdy and will make for hours of play. Totally recommend for Super Mario fans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great fun, I love Mario kart and this product was easy to build, looks great and brings back fun memories of building Lego as a child. This is great quality and the instructions are well written. Only two negative points. One piece missing and would easily fall apart. I would still buy this nevertheless.

Endless play
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got selected to try this and what better way is when the granddaughter comes to stay. The legs is suitable for age 7, but my granddaughter is 5 and with a little help from her uncle she sat for a while helping him piece this together. The legs is well put together and secure, but you can modify it ig you like. As you can the finish result is perfect. Happy children

Two classic!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect merge for enthusiastic Lego and Super Mario fans worldwide. The box pictures Mario Kart Shy Guy & P-Wing on the front. Inside the box, you have a very detailed building instruction booklet with step by step pictured instructions. You have 3 numberd packets for each step of construction. Took my 13 year old son about 40 minutes to build. 249 pieces in total. Each piece is durable and has a nice smooth,glossy finish that feels satisfying to hold and build. Contains very small parts, and the recommended age is 7+ years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by how fun this LEGO Mario Kart Shy Guy & P-Wing set is. The build is straightforward enough for kids, but still engaging for adults who enjoy collecting. The pieces fit tightly and feel durable, even after several rebuilds and crashes during play. My favorite part is how well it connects with other LEGO Mario sets — it adds a lot of playability and imagination. We absolutely enjoy it until last minute which I had to complete myself but the quality and themed details help justify it.

It's a cool car. The brick built wings are fun. Wish we'd got another colour shy guy or he was different than previous versions. Was good value for money, mario always seems to be. My mario kart korner is full though so my only problem is I just don't know where to put it 😣🚙

Fantastic Model!!!
Bought this as my first Mario Kart set, and I absolutely love it! The Glider is great and I love how it's brick built. The kart itself is phenomenal! The building technique's used for this model are amazing! I absolutely love the feature of either sitting the Shy Guy in the kart, or sliding the platform to the front so that Mario can drive it. I love the extended plate in the back to prevent the glider from falling off as easily. A new Shy Guy color would have been great, but the model itself makes up for it. Let the designer know that they did an amazing job!
