[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Rhino not as part of the Super Mario expansion set, but just for me because I liked the rhino and loved it a lot. Although, I would've prefer the blocks to remain on position, I understand as part of the SM Set it needs to be playable and because of that it doesn't stick and instead can be destroyable, lol. I really did enjoy it!

my 5yo son chose this set to try to build himself. He was able to follow the instructions and build it almost completely alone. We have a few of the Mario set so it complimented the sets we already have and was fun to play with. It would not be a great place to start for the Mario sets, as you need a character to fully utilize.

I have never written a review for lego before, but unfortunately I feel this warrants it. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS in this set, which force the builder onto the app or a computer. This, in my opinion, removes most of the value from lego play. I buy lego specifically as an ALTERNATIVE to tablet-based play, as well as for kids who do not own phones or tablets, (or, for airplane, car, hospital situations where there is not necessarily internet connections) and this toy is now completely inaccessible for them. If lego is going to make sets without instructions, please please please put it somewhere in big bold writing so that this issue does not happen to others. That aside, the set looks cute, which was why it was bought, but I won't continue to buy sets from this line without instructions.
