Bulky ride
A fairly good challenge in building, don’t get me wrong. But it’ll be tricky to play the set like an already made toy car and some of the bits would go missing.

Peak Lego Mario
This is such a fantastic set, it is one of the best Lego Mario sets in terms of build, sturdiness, playability, and value. My 8 year old younger sister got this set recently, and has already spent hours playing with it, with both 'peaches' and bowser driving it around, passing it back and forth, and smashing into walls. It is a suprisingly sturdy set, with only a few parts (Windshield, back bumper, steering wheel, interior cheese slopes) becoming dismembered when it crashes. The play features are fantastic and a great mix of physical/digital, with peach making driving and horn sounds, and also the lever releasing the bombs. It also looks great and very accurate to the (fantastic) original game. I would highly recommend buying this for basically any little kid, or a collector who is a kid at heart :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome Lego set! My son LOVES legos and it just so happens that Bowser is his favorite. So when he was surprised with this set he was super excited. He completely built it himself, and he is 7. So easy enough for young kids but still difficult enough to make them think. Perfect little set. He really likes that Bowser can be taken out of the car too. And it has little bombs to shoot out of the car.

This set is amazing and love that this campaign allowed my son to create a beautiful colorful Bowser car. That is really impressive! High quality as usual from the Lego brand as well! My son loves putting Legos together, so this was such a treat, the instructions online are in 3-D, which makes us so much easier and friendly!

It's been a while since I had gotten the chance to play with Legos, but since my son has come of age the torch is getting passed on. Not only are these super video-game accurate, but also a joy to build. My son loves the bomb mechanism and thinks the Bowser is super cool! We love this set!

Bowsing Good Fun!
This is exactly what one would expect of a Lego set --- and more. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed the build experience as the end result is visually stunning on every level. The colour scheme of the car combines well with the Bowser character build. Of particular importance is the fact that all relevant bricks are printed, there are no stickers to end up crooked or peel. I feel that this set stands alone as a great build. The added enjoyment of the interactive elements between this and other Mario sets is a bonus which, quite frankly, has reignited my grandson's flagging interest in his collection of Mario & Luigi sets when it comes to playability.
