Q: How can there be 20g of protein per bag (4 servings) but there are 7g of protein per serving?

A: There are 4 smaller individual bags per package. Each bag has 3 servings in it @ 7g of protein per serving. If you eat the whole smaller bag you get 20g of protein.

Don't do it! It's not worth
These are horrible!! The initial taste isn’t bad but the pretzel is dry and tastes slightly like cardboard. But the aftertaste is awful. Also, the bags are huge and more than one serving size so this isn’t convenient.

Misleading advertising on the packaging, the pretzels taste stale and the combination of flour for the pretzels make them crumbly and an unpleasant flavor. The honey mustard seasoning was good and the concept of protein pretzels is unique. Unfortunately could not get past a couple pretzels.

Nutritional information is misleading-this is not a high protein snack
Tasty but….The packaging indicates 20 grams of protein per bag but each small bag has 3 servings. So while you get 20 grams of protein per bag, you’re tripling (X3) the fat, carbs, calories and sodium totaling 370 calories and over 1000 mg of sodium per bag. Given this it’s and overpriced bag of salty pretzels.

They’re actually too seasoned? Sort of a spicy mustard, was hoping for more of a honey mustard. I think a sea salt flavor would be better. Texture is close to a normal pretzel, but sort of crumbly. Good amount in each bag, but I’d rather eat regular pretzels. Will have to get my protein somewhere else.

Good flavor for a protein snack. However these have a ton of sodium. I like salt, but this was too much (which I rarely say). To get the 20g of protein requires consuming the entire bag which has 48% of your daily sodium intake!

These are super tasty, light and crunchy. Downfalls? You will have onion breath that reeeeeks, ever so slightly chalky texture, and each bag is 3 servings. Would have loved individual serving size bags. Will continue to buy! Yum!
