This was an absolute scam. I bought it thinking that refurbished was a great way to get a good product for general use. As soon as I completed set up the virus threat started popping up. Reached out to the Lenovo ( 1 year) warranty I had and they said it was an unfixable virus and needed a software specialist to fix it. But software issues aren't covered in the warranty so it would be an additional $130 to fix what came clearly damaged straight from the box. They offered no other solutions. Even after attempting a factory reset to try to erase it, the laptop wouldn't ever finish the reboot. Packed it right back up and returned. Buyer beware! The 3rd party seller is willing to sell you viruses so you can pay to fix them.
