There are a lot of alphabet books out there that leave something to be desired. This is not one of those! Riddiough reimagines the format as an uplifting guidebook on how to be a good citizen of the world and make each day count. Every letter stands for a different principle for living intentionally, with curiosity of the world around and with respect and compassion for ourselves and others. It’s sparsely and beautifully written. The illustrations are charming and inspiring and kids will love discussing how the pictures enhance the. I will definitely be gifting some of these at baby showers!
