“Zero” I placed an order on 10/07/25 for two identical pajamas for my children. A week later, on 10/14/25, I was surprised to receive an email saying one of the items was no longer available and they had automatically created a return label—without asking me or giving me any real options. I wasn’t informed in time to make another plan, and no effort was made to correct the situation. After reaching out to customer service, they only offered me a $6 gift card for delivery—after I insisted and explained that this issue was not my fault. I simply asked for the same pajama in a different size at the original price I paid, but they refused and offered no helpful alternatives. They made it clear that if I wanted the item, I’d have to pay full price again, even though this whole situation was caused by their stock issue, not mine. The chat was ended abruptly, and I was basically told to reorder by myself—no apology, no real support, and no solution. I find this incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I needed matching pajamas for my two kids, and now that’s ruined because of poor communication and lack of customer care. If an item is out of stock, it should not be available for purchase in the first place. I expected better service, more flexibility, and at the very least, a fair resolution.

Know before you buy
It runs really small and you can’t just return it to the store you have to ship it back. The return label was difficult to pull up and I had to pay for packaging so I basically lost 1/2 the $ on shipping it back.

The color is just washing off, I have spots of white everywhere, hardly worn but washed twice. They look old, so disappointing, going to stick with cat and jack

Did not fix their error
Received mismatched set of pajamas. The top was reindeer which I ordered and the bottoms were moose in a pattern that does not even appear on their website and were not in great condition. Contacted Leveret and they refused to help me.
