Runs extremely small

Bought these wolf pajamas for my 12 year old grandson who loves wolves. They are unique and they look well made but the size 14 that I ordered looks like a size 8. The tags say 14. And these are 100% cotton. According to the size chart he should have fit into a size 12.

Very cute, comfy pj's! Minimal shrinking after the first wash. My son is a tall 19m old and the size 2 are just a tad baggy(as expected). That's ok though, cause he won't outgrow them in a week
