They fit, the 5 year are just a little small for my 5 year old. He can wear them but the pants are just a little bit short, maybe just an inch or so.

We bought this pajama set knowing our little man was only going to wear it a few times near the holiday season, so we can't make any testament as to how well this set holds up over time. However, when he did wear it the pajamas were absolutely wonderful. He looked adorable in them and the material was the perfect combination of soft and stretchy. He's a big 13 month old and usually fits into 18 month clothing and the 12-18 month set fit him just right. Although if your little one is closer to 18 months and is a little bigger, you may want to consider going with the next size up.
