[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A comfortable all day fit. It sits perfectly on my hips without falling down. It is stylish and goes well with nearly any top. The bottoms do not drag on the ground. It is the perfect fit. It retains its color after washing and no piling.

I tried the 578 baggy jeans with light color and it was a perfect fit for loose style jeans very comfortable for daily wear. Some plain tshirt or hoodie and some white sneakers. Definitely photoshoot worthy jeans.

The baggy fit gives plenty of room through the thighs and calves (lots of comfort when sitting, walking, or doing everyday stuff), while still feeling structured enough that it doesn’t just swallow you. The denim is sturdy, with that classic Levi’s weight—it’s not super stretchy, so they take a little breaking in, but once they do, they loosen up just a bit in all the right places without losing shape. There are a few trade-offs though. Because they’re so roomy, getting the right size can be a bit tricky—if you go true to size, you might end up with extra fabric around the waist or too much bag at the hem (especially if you’re shorter). Also, the length can be more than expected; depending on your height, you might need to roll them or hem them to avoid bunching. And the lack of stretch means for highly active wear they’re not as flexible as some modern blends. But overall, for their style and durability, they deliver excellent value—comfortable, stylish, and exactly the kind of relaxed denim I was after.

I did get them a tad bit longer than normal, but that's because I envision wearing them with docs. They're durable and made to last. I am very happy with my Levi's 578's.
