Levi's® Boys' Classic Fit Ankle Pants

It is a major struggle to find pants that fit my 12yo son. He is slender, no hips, long legs. Usually if the length works then the waist size is 2 sizes too big. These pants are PERFECT. They ADJUST sizing with pull tab/buttons on the inside waist. I purchased the size 14 for my 12 yo. I wanted to get more mileage out of them so I sized up. He can grow and they will still fit bc I can adjust them. They have stretch and remind me of a comfortable sport fabric vs a stiff uncomfortable khaki. Very comfortable. I wish they came in black too.

Luckily these pants have the elastic waist band on the inside. I always prefer this to a belt. My son likes the way they fit and feel on him. The fabric has a little bit of stretch and aren’t too stiff, so he can move around in them. Not like a typical uniform pant.

So flexible, they're the most comfortable jeans! You can use these for school, or dress them up with a nice shirt, so versatile! Levi's are built to last so I don't worry about them falling apart before their time! Great pair of pants!! The color goes with everything, a great beige!

Dress down or dress up easily! The 14 slim fits my 5' tall, 100 lb son. If only these Levi's could miraculously grow right along with the kids who wear them. I suspect my son will be in the next size in a few months.

Unfortunately, we had the same issue we often face with other pants: they’re too wide! My son is quite slim but tall, so I always buy clothes for his age, and pants tend to be too loose… both at the waist and in the seat. These pants do have an adjustable waistband with internal buttonhole elastic, which helps a bit, but not enough in our case. That said, the material is very soft and comfortable, and the pants are very well made — no loose threads, and all the seams are neat and clean.
